Giorno 20 maggio, in Piazza Unità a Tirano, gli amici di Matteo Mevio hanno organizzato un concerto in suo onore. A Matteo il concerto sarebbe piaciuto tantissimo.

C'erano tutte le sue birre artigianali preferite, i prodotti tipici della Valtellina come la polenta taragna, la musica degli Slack Ass, cover band locale, e Sara "Lescano" Antonelli e i The Winehouse Show, primo tributo in Europa dedicato interamente a Amy Winehouse, artista preferita di Teo, che era riuscito a conoscerla in un locale nel periodo in cui aveva lavorato a Londra.

Inoltre, Luca Corradini, famoso mixologist nato a Tirano, ha deciso di creare un cocktail in suo onore, di cui presto vi racconteremo la storia in un articolo dedicato.

Prima del concerto gli amici interisti e milanisti di Matteo hanno organizzato una partita di calcio, e lì sul campo dell'oratorio, i suoi amici gli hanno dedicato uno splendido murales.

In memoria di Teo tutto il ricavato della serata sarà devoluto in beneficenza dall'associazione no profit Teo's Lads.

The friends of Matteo Mevio organized a concert in his honour May 20 in Piazza Unità, Tirano. Matteo would have loved the concert - there were all of his favorite craft beers, local food such as polenta taragna, a local cover band Slack Ass, and headliner Sara "Lescano" Antonelli of The Winehouse Show, the first Amy Winehouse tribute band in Europe. Amy Winehouse was Teo's favorite artist and he even met her once in a dive bar while he was working in London.

The concert was free, with all sales going towards the Teo's Lads. charity in Matteo's memory. In addition, there was also a cocktail presented by Luca Corradini, a famous mixologist who was born in Tirano. We will have another article soon on the story behind this cocktail dedicated to Matteo.

Before the concert there was also a football match between Matteo's Interista and Milanista friends. At the football pitch at the Oratary Sacro Cuore, his friends unveiled a beautiful mural of Matteo.
