Casa Ramen / by shane eaton

Entrambe i Ramen erano deliziosi.

In a city with a lack of good asian food, Casa Ramen (isola quarter) is a breath of fresh air. Believe it or not, the delicious japanese noodles in broth at Casa Ramen are thanks to an italian chef Luca Catalfamo. He visits Japan often, honing his skills in making these amazing japanese dish. I tried the traditional Ramen (Tonkotsu)  with pork, onion, bamboo and seaweed, while my friend Muggi tried a spicier version, Miso on fire. Both Ramen were wonderful. I highly recommend the fried tofu. Make sure you arrive early, because Casa Ramen is a small place and there is often a long lineup.
