About me

Welcome to Questa mia Milano, a blog that was born thanks to many inspirations that brought me Italy 17 years ago. A special thanks to Zio Dino who with a plate of pasta al gorgonzola at Sortino's restaurant on Commercial Drive in Vancouver, started me along my exploration of Italian food culture.  

As a Physics professor based in Milano, I am studying the laser fabrication of quantum technology devices in diamond, a job which also takes me around the world for specialized experiments and prestigious conferences.
