Here is brief guide to my favorite eating and drinking experiences in Paris.
Bar Nouveau
Bar Nouveau is Remy Savage’s new art nouveau bar which is the talk of town. Outstanding cocktails and an even cooler vibe make Bar Nouveau my favorite cocktail bar in Paris at the moment.
Les Enfants du Marche
Located in the oldest food market in Paris, Les Enfant du Marche offers market fresh seafood and meat coupled with crowd-pleasing natural wines.
Danico
The most interesting cocktails in Paris can be found in Danico, the bar behind the Italian pizzeria Deroco. Nico de Soto proves once again he is one of the best mixologists of our generation.
Mr T
The cozy and charming Mr T offers an interesting cuisine that is a blend of French, Asian and North African influences. The highlights were the Mac and Cheese (rigatoni, truffle oil, comté and mimolette cheese flambé and wild mushroom), Mr T burger (wagyu patty and cheese flambé) and Comté 18 months to end the meal. Offering a great quality to price ratio, Mr T is one of my favorite eateries in Paris.
Le Mary Celeste is a trendy bar which features a beautiful circular bar, where young and hip Parisiens sip on red wine or cocktails while nibbling on some of the best food in the city.
Kawa
The best specialty coffee I’ve found in Paris, Kawa also roasts there own beans. Great vibe inside.
